By accessing and using StirVid ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

StirVid provides AI-powered video generation services, including:

• Character swap in videos using AI technology
• Motion transfer from reference videos to images
• Video editing and generation tools

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Generate deepfakes or misleading content without consent
• Impersonate others or create fraudulent content
• Upload content you don't have rights to use
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

5. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us a license to process it for service delivery.

Generated Content: Videos generated using our Service belong to you, subject to these terms and any applicable third-party rights.

6. Credits and Payments

Pay-per-video purchases show the total before payment and do not require a subscription. Confirmed failed, canceled, or provider-declined generations are refunded to the original payment method. Unconfirmed submissions require review before a refund or retry. AI results vary; a completed result is not guaranteed to match a particular creative expectation.

Existing subscriptions continue to use credits. Credits are non-refundable and may expire according to your subscription plan. Subscription fees are billed in advance.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from using the Service. AI-generated content may not always be accurate or suitable for all purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StirVid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may request account deletion by contacting help@stirvid.com.
