Upload a video and remake it with your own characters, places, and products.

How to make your first swap

  1. Upload a source video. Use an MP4 between 4 and 30 seconds, up to 50 MB. Templates provide a starting clip if you do not have one ready.
  2. Add replacement images. Choose from the character bank or upload JPG, PNG, or WebP files. At least one reference is required; you can attach up to eight, each up to 10 MB.
  3. Describe the edit. Name the target by its appearance or position, then type @ to link the source and replacement. For example: “Replace the dancer on the left in @video1 with @image1. Keep everything else unchanged.”
  4. Review and pay. Choose your quality and check the exact price. Payment opens generation; its progress and result are available from your private purchase link.

Use only media you have permission to upload. Keep purchase recovery links private. Generated results may vary, especially with multiple subjects, obstructions, and fine details.

Questions before your first swap

What can I upload?

Use an MP4 video between 4 and 30 seconds, up to 50 MB. Add up to eight JPG, PNG or WebP reference images, up to 10 MB each.

How do I get a better swap?

Use a sharp clip with a clearly visible subject and well-lit reference images. Describe what to replace using @video1 and @image1. Fast cuts and obstructions can make results less predictable.

Do I need an account?

No. Upload, choose the quality, and pay for one video. You can save your purchase to an account afterward.

Can I leave while it generates?

Yes. We email a private purchase link after payment. Open it to check progress and download your video. Purchases also appear in My swaps in the original browser.

What happens if a swap fails?

Confirmed failed, canceled, or provider-declined paid generations are refunded to the original payment method. Uncertain submissions need review before retrying or refunding. Existing credit purchases restore credits instead.

Who can see my uploads?

Uploads are private to your guest session or account. Anyone with a purchase recovery link can access that purchase, so keep it private. Higgsfield processes the media to create your swap.

Can my agent make swaps?

Yes. Account → Connect your agent gives you an account-scoped MCP key. Agent generations continue to use account credits.
